A Hudson County-based business is celebrating the “dawn of a new era in health and wellness.”
Marcia Brown, PhD and longtime Hudson County resident, is launching her health practice, Nutriswell, which is meant to “empower individuals and communities to achieve long-term health and wellness,” according to a press release.
“Nutriswell represents a new era of integrative health–a practice that honors both the science and spirit of healing,” Dr. Brown said in a statement. “This launch celebrates a movement to redefine what it means to stay healthy for life.”
Nutriswell is a nutrition and integrative health coaching practice that provides tools and support to those who need help optimizing physical and mental well-being. Their specialities include: digestive balance, diabetes support, menopause mastery, weight wellness and nutrient harmony, according to the website.
Its services utilize a science-based, holistic approach that integrates nutrition, mind-body therapy and other healing modalities.
According to the press release, the practice is designed to:
- Optimize Physical Health: Empowering individuals to nourish their bodies, prevent chronic disease, and improve vitality.
- Enhance Mental Well-being: Helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and achieve emotional balance through integrative care.
“Inspired by my personal healthy journey, I became a nutrition and integrative health coach. Passionate about physical health and mental well-being. I leverage my scientific knowledge of nutrition and behavioral coaching to empower individuals to build stronger bodies and healthier communities,” according to the About page.
Along with the launch of her practice, Brown will also be celebrating her graduation from a doctoral program.
The rooftop launch and celebration will kick off on Saturday, June 14 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the 15th floor of the Dream Hotel, located at 210 West 55th Street in New York.
