Giving back to the community.
Slice of Culture has collaborated with the Bayonne Public Library and Giving Back Sundays to help give back to the community through workshops and intense workout sessions. SOC has also given a session at the College Media Association’s MediaFest in Washington D.C. in October 2022 and accepted the “Best Grassroots Journalism” award in 2021 from the New Jersey Society of Professional Journalists.
