Less than 24 hours after multiple arrests in New York at the “ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) Out of New York” protest the head count dwindled, but New Yorkers and other demonstrators continued to show up and support their side.

There were people on both sides—”pro-ICE” and “anti-ICE”—shouting at one another with enough passion to feed the content mogul that is the media; this included everyone from independent content creators to Univision TV’s newsroom.
Almost all, but one young lady, among the “anti-ICE,” crowd waved the flags of other nations and her peers began to chastise her for flying the American flag.

“Pro-ICE” protesters also turned on their peers that began to voice their support for their beliefs on Gaza later in the night.

On the same day, over in Newark’s Delaney Hall—a federal immigration detention center—had a reported breakout take place where four individuals escaped—one remains at-large—and the “anti-ICE” group split. Half of them made their way to Newark’s detention center with the same mission: support detainees.
There weren’t many transport vans, but when possible the protesters continued to rush the vans to check for detainees leaving the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, home to the Federal Plaza Immigration Court and recent detainees.
