Hudson County Elections Division Supervisor Brittany Bunney, stated that while the use of early voting and mail in ballots has increased since the 2020 election, younger voters still lack engagement.

As we dive deeper into the importance of local politics and its tangible effects on the lives of its citizens, a huge aspect of local government is City-elected officials who were voted to represent the interests of the community members who supported them.

Politics exists in every aspect of our lives – the sidewalks we take on our way to work , the buildings we live in and the polling locations we walk into.

Hudson County residents were able to ring in the holidays at the Happy Holiday Market. The market took place at the Grove Street Path Plaza and the Rooftop at the Ashford on Dec. 10-11 and Dec. 17-18.

On November 8, Hudson County residents finished casting their in-person ballots and voted for their candidate.

Misinformation and disinformation is presented to the public in many different ways and include topics like healthcare, natural disasters and especially elections.

Many of Hudson County residents said they couldn’t comment because their knowledge about this election, and voter rights issues in general, were limited.
