Taken prior to the lift of the stay-at-home order in New Jersey.

A man practices basketball at Lincoln Park though rims were removed from courts.

 

Parks were one of the first places to reopen to allow residents to get a fresh of air.

 

Masks were encouraged, but not mandatory throughout the state.

 

Public transportation continued to run, especially serving essential workers.

 

Only essential businesses (super markets and restaurants) were allowed to stay open.
