What Will A ‘Right To Counsel’ Program Mean For Jersey City Residents?

The Right to Council campaign in Jersey City launched on July 24, 2022. According to Julia Tache, the launch prior consisted of weekly canvassing, doing diligent research for right to counsel and creating a petition that has garnered over 700 signatures for the ordinance.
